If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds are applicable in following cases only As we are helping in credit score improvement and our plans are based on the same

1. After purchasing our service depending upon plan to plan and its validity if the credit score does not improve within the tenure from the level when enrolled for our plan & purchases has not deviated from any of our set rules then only refund shall be applicable that too at the end of the tenure of the plan.
2.  Set rules includes if you ( here on website referred to as purchaser of our plan ) have 
   1. Defaulted/Delayed Payment on the loan / credit card / negative balance in Savings/Current account if reflecting in the Credit Information report during the tenure of the plan if loan has been taken during the tenure of the plan. 
   2.  Any kind of refund or claim shall be invalidated / rejected summarily if Credit score improves during any time of the tenure of the plan from the point of initial purchase of any of our plan. 
   3. There is not any kind of partial refund available any kind of partial refund or seeking for partial amount of refund shall be summarily rejected. 
   4. For any kind of payment made on our website for purchase of service if amount is debited from your card / net banking / payment service and it is not reflecting on our account but amount debited at your end , it shall be automatically refunded by respective card issuing bank or particular payment gateway or bank or wallet through which payment was initiated, if the amount is not reflecting back to your account within a period of ten days from the date of payment the matter can be raised to us at our email id info@improvecreditscore.in 
3. Customers should note that we never ask for any kind of Pin/OTP/Password for any kind of payment processing, and payment should be done by customers only by themselves.
